He was an international athlete for 100 metres and relay. He has been the chaplain for the International Olympic Family, Sydney 2000 and the World Athletics Championships.

Timothy Connors combines creativity with passion to work with people. His creative skills and sense of humour are used at Breakthrough in designing and facilitating training programs.

• He has over 1000 programs (with 5000 + participants) to his credit in various parts of the globe.
• He is trained in designing, constructing and facilitating adventure ropes course in the USA.
• He has built High and Low Ropes Courses in Egypt and Hyderabad, and one at Breakthrough.
• Certified in DiSC Profiling System.
• He is trained facilitator in EQ.
• He is a Level 4 facilitator at Breakthrough.
• He is currently pursuing the ISTD program (Diploma from Indian Society for Training and Development)

Timmy's sense of humour is quite unparalleled and has a host of magic tricks up his sleeve.

Vivian Angelo brings the confidence and dynamism of youth to the team. He has a Masters in Psychology and provides inputs on team behaviour and program design.

• He is a Level 4 Facilitator at Breakthrough.
• He is also a trained NLP Practitioner
• He is certified in Psychometric testing
• He is well versed in designing and building Ropes Courses and was part of the lead team for setting up of a training center in Hyderabad.

He is an excellent basket ball player. He is also fun loving person with a great energy and enthusiasm.

Motivating people comes naturally to Linda Paul and she is passionate in her role as facilitator. As a people’s person, she brings warmth and intelligence to her role. She has trained in the USA, Sri Lanka and has over 1000 programs to her credit.

Linda is a person with a green “left” thumb, hence her passion for landscaping. She has loves to interact with people and encourage them.

Ruth Connors takes care of the people who come to our campus.
• She is incharge of the hospitality and support for people on campus
• She has an eye for detail and makes sure that no stone is left unturned for ensuring the comfort of our clients.
• She is also a trained level 1 facilitator at Breakthrough
Ruth is a fantastic cook and loves to connect with new people.

Indira is Robin’s secretary and comes with a huge variety of experience.
• She is a significant link between clients and us in various areas
• She is also a trained Level 1 Facilitator at Breakthrough.
Indira enjoys playing basket ball on weekends.

Sanjay is a person who is process oriented and his professional approach is supported by good interpersonal skills. Highly effective at planning, organization and communication, experience gained working with executive management in leadership / supervisory levels like Tesco HSC Pvt Ltd – HR Shared Services, Intelenet Global Services Ltd – Barclays Asset & Sales Finance, Aviva - Norwich Union, Cli3L E- Services – Microsoft and First Ring India Pvt. Ltd. Some of his skill sets are:

• Identifying training & development needs and developing appropriate strategies in support of corporate objectives
• Extremely strong on client communication  and people skills

 
He loves sports and some of highest achievements are in Tennis:

• Tennis (Semi-Pro) at National Level
• Umpired Tennis matches at ITF Tournaments organized by KSLTA

He also taught swimming to children and adults at swimming camps – Mumbai / Bangalore
Sanjay is a biker who loves travelling and has been to a host of countries and places.
